You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. zi777 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

zi777 reserves the right to suspend or freeze any account pending investigation where fraudulent activity, identity discrepancies or a breach of these Terms is suspected. During a suspension, access to the account — including all balances — may be restricted until the investigation is concluded.

zi777 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, incomplete KYC documentation or pending compliance review. In such cases, zi777 will contact the Player to provide further information.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available on zi777 are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the associated promotional terms in full. Bonuses are offered at zi777's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means the Player must place PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus is converted to real money). These figures are illustrative examples only — actual wagering requirements will be stated in each promotional offer.
Different game categories contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates are as follows (these are indicative — actual rates are stated in promotional terms):
Bonuses and their associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the promotional terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are forfeited without compensation.
While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet per round or per transaction may apply. Placing bets in excess of this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings. The applicable maximum bet limit is stated in each promotional offer's terms.
zi777 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using prohibited betting patterns to exploit bonus terms; and exploiting technical errors to obtain unintended bonus credits. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their account suspended, bonus balances voided and winnings forfeited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zi777 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
zi777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy or availability of the Platform at any given time. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits zi777's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting zi777 support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be addressed and any outstanding balance may be requested for withdrawal subject to standard verification procedures.
zi777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or a regulatory or compliance requirement.
Upon account closure, all bonus balances and promotional credits are immediately voided. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to KYC verification and applicable processing fees, within a reasonable period. Funds linked to suspected fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zi777 holds its operating licence. This Agreement does not confer jurisdiction on any Pakistani court or authority, and zi777 does not claim to operate under Pakistani law or the jurisdiction of any Pakistani governmental body.
In the event of a dispute between you and zi777, you should first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process set out in zi777's operating licence conditions. zi777 will engage in good faith efforts to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
This Agreement does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
zi777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending an account notification — prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 14.1.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates the date of the most recent revision.
